While the bombshell turned another year older and celebrated in style with pals, every birthday must be tough for Demi who sadly lost both of her parents at the age of 24.
Back in 2020, Demi emotionally discussed her father Barrie Mawby pᴀssing away at the end of 2018 and her mother Christine’s tragic death the following year.
Speaking to Kay Burley on Sky News at the time, she said: “Well, my mother, when I was 17, she had a heart attack which caused a stroke and it left her disabled.”
Addressing how she copes with the grief, Demi added: “I mean, it was really difficult, I’ve gone through stages of feeling my worst and now I’m at a place where I feel a lot better. It just takes time really.”
