The fitness influencer, 30, took to TikTok to post a video where she showed a fake positive pregnancy test.
The TammyFit App creator then revealed a ‘baby bump’ that turned out to be her eight-year-old son Wolf under her shirt.
The boy wiggled around and then she tussled his hair and had a laugh.
The influencer captioned the joke video, ‘Can’t wait to meet my little angel’.
While the clip has garnered over three million views, many people were not impressed.

Fans took to the comments to slam the fitness guru, with some labelling the gag ‘extremely insensitive’ and ‘a kick in the guts’.
‘This is so distasteful, Tammy. You don’t joke about pregnancy. It’s hurtful and disgusting,’ wrote one commenter.
‘To many women, this is actually mean,’ wrote another, while a third said, ‘You don’t joke about pregnancy.’

Another user who has fertility issues described the video as ‘hurtful.’
‘I’m currently struggling with infertility, and this trend is hurtful, even if it’s a joke. I’m unfollowing people who do it,’ they wrote.
But some other commenters were on Tammy’s side.
‘Can the world lighten up, please, and crack a joke? The politically correct police are everywhere,’ one defender wrote.
Another said, ‘Seriously, have some resilience! She really shouldn’t have to consider every person out there with trauma related to different things.’
Tammy is due to marry Matt Zukowski later this month, but the couple will not be having children of their own.
The Love Island Australia star, 28, has been quite open that he is infertile.
‘I’m not embarrᴀssed by it. I’m not ashamed of it…it’s obviously gonna be public knowledge now that, like, you know, I’m shooting blanks, all that sort of stuff,’ Matt told the Back to Reality podcast last year.
