Dua Lipa brushed off news that she’s been hit with a $20 million lawsuit to share a trio of Sєxy Instagram snaps on Thursday.

The singer, 27, flaunted her incredible figure in a skinтιԍнт pink satin mini dress as she posed poolside while on holiday in Albania.

It comes after it was revealed that Dua is being sued for the use of a recording in her hit single Levitating, with producer Bosko believing he’s enтιтled to millions of dollars in profit.

Dua Lipa’s dress boasted a gorgeous pale pink metallic sheen with a plunging front and a daring mini skirt.

She kept her raven tresses slicked back as she posed next to the swimming pool for the snaps.

Poking fun at her recent role in the blockbuster hit Barbie, Dya captioned her post: ‘All I do is beach.’

Music producer Bosko Kante has taken legal action against the pop star, claiming she used a recording made with his talk box in remixes of her song Levitating.

The legal action was filed in Los Angeles on Monday with Kante believing he is enтιтled to more than $20m in profit from the success of Levitating.

According to Reuters, the action claims that Dua had permission to use the talk box on her original recording but not on any remixes.

It also alleges Dua used the recording again without permission on future releases including The Blessed Madonna remix and a performance she gave at the American Music Awards.

Kante says he created the ElectroSpit Talk Box, a device worn around the neck that can turn vocal vibrations into instrument-like noises.

Billboard reports that Kante’s lawyers say the producer has made ‘numerous attempts’ to resolve the claim, which they say is a ‘blatant infringement’ of his copyright.

His lawyers added that the producer took legal action because Dua showed ‘unwillingness to co-operate or accept responsibility’.

It is not the first time Dua has faced legal action over Levitating, one of her most popular songs.

Raggae band Artikal Sound System took action against Dua in March 2022, claiming the track copied the hook of their 2017 song Live Your Life. The case was dismissed in June.

Another case, which is still ongoing, saw songwriters L Russell Brown and Sandy Linzer claim Dua used the melody from their 1979 song Wiggle And Giggle All Night.

Dua certainly isn’t letting the copyright claim get her down however as she is currently soaking up the sun in Albania.

The singer looked nothing short of sensational as she shared a carousel of snaps from her idyllic getaway.

She took to Instagram to show off her lavish getaway and flashed her incredible physique in a sizzling selfie.

The hitmaker posed in a halter neck crop top and peeked her toned midriff in the patterned gym gear.

She also shared a snap in a tiny purple ʙικιɴι and wore an oversized shirt as she headed to the beach.
