Dua Lipa Goes Full Barbiecore With Her New H๏τ Pink Hair

Fresh from a worldwide tour, Dua Lipa isn’t resting on her laurels for long. Having walked in Balenciaga’s haute couture show last week (alongside Nicole Kidman and Kim Kardashian, no less), the singer just showed off a brand-new hair color in campaign pH๏τos for her latest collection with Puma.

H๏τ pink to “make the boys wink,” wrote her hairstylist Chris Appleton, who shared a selection of behind-the-scenes pH๏τographs from the shoot. Lipa’s raven hair color was no more—if only for the shoot itself. It is likely the rich and vivid shade of pink is a wig.

Tapping into the current Barbiecore trend, the new shade is unapologetically vibrant, and the near-fuchsia hue really suits the singer. To re-create a similarly strong shade like this, look for a semipermanent color mask that can work with prelightened hair. (If you’re dark-haired, you will need to bleach first to create a similar depth of color as Dua Lipa.
